Product not as advertised and no response from the company

The print arrived shorter in length than advertised by 3mm. Not acceptable when working with a frame you especially purchased for the print in A3. I wrote to Stanley Street Studios but received absolutely no response. This isn’t a serious company who cares about its customers. Would not recommend.
