Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This applies under UK and EU consumer protection law.

To cancel, contact us at nicheshop@hotmail.co.uk with your order number, your name, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day period, we'll refund the full price you paid, including standard delivery costs, to your original payment method. We process this within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back, or of you providing proof of postage — whichever is sooner.

We may make a deduction if an item shows signs of use or handling beyond what's needed to check it over, in line with your legal rights. This doesn't affect your right to cancel — only the amount refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at nicheshop@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible, with photos where you can. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — separately from, and in addition to, your cancellation right above.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know when you get in touch — this is offered in addition to, not instead of, your right to a refund above.
